Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the item(s) you bought. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only pursuant to the terms and instructions below.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service atto obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the items securely in their original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed to by us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your return.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the date of our receipt of your item to process your return. Upon confirmation that the item your returned in in good condition, we will take steps to provide you with a refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and a refund has been approved.

· A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $1000.00.
